Dr. Saddow's extensive background and deep understanding of engineering challenges make him a trusted advisor in the field. Additionally, his unwavering passion for problem-solving and commitment to finding practical solutions have earned him a solid reputation in the industry.
Dr. Saddow received his Engineering Degree from (University Name) and his PhD from (Universtiy Name). During his career, he worked for (military experience) as well as academia at University of Mississipi and University of South Florida. With partnerships all over the world, Dr. Saddow is known for going above and beyond for his collegues, students, and clients.

Vaine Angelo Saddow is a leadership development professional with a strong background in interpersonal skills and conflict resolution. She specializes in cultivating emotional and social intelligence among leaders, enabling them to create vibrant and high-performing work environments. Vaine firmly believes that leadership plays a pivotal role in shaping a better world, as leaders possess a unique opportunity to positively impact the lives of those they serve. She holds a Psychology Degree from the University of South Florida, is certified as a Leadership Development Coach and Trainer by the International Coaching Federation and the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching. Notably, Vaine is also a valued member of the esteemed team led by John Maxwell, a globally recognized authority in leadership development.
